Dr. Daniel and Patricia Juster's
Personal Update and Prayer

This past month Dan and I had the privilege of ministering at the first European Leadership Aglow Conference we have attended.  The event took place in a beautiful hotel in Toledo, Spain.  Dan and I were very impressed by the caliber of women who attended this conference and the scope of their world-wide vision. Jane Hansen Hoyt has faithfully served as President/CEO of Aglow International, “a Kingdom community of more than 200,000 warriors, champions, and global leaders who touch 17 million people annually.”  One of Aglow’s three mandates given by God is to lovingly support Israel and to stand with the Jewish people by bringing awareness to the body of the Messiah concerning God’s plans and purposes for those people he calls the apple of His eyes.  I was deeply moved when I researched their website.  They truly have been a blessing to us over many decades.

We were blessed to be able to share our hearts at this European Leadership Conference.  Dan shared on the identity of the Church and Israel and I had the opportunity to share my passion concerning the grace of God as expressed in my testimony.  I just love talking about how God has given me strength during my times of great weakness. There have been so many times along my journey when I was weak in my body, soul and spirit and I needed his strength.

Many of you know of the many deaths of loved ones in my life, and of the many surgeries and ongoing physical challenges. It was at those times when I waited upon him, the times when I cried out to him, and the times when I knew that he was the only answer, that he came through.  Whenever I read about God’s strength being imparted I think of his grace and his divine enabling.  Those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).  We can come boldly before his throne of grace to obtain grace and mercy in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).  Oh, the unsearchable riches (Ephesians 3:8) of his abundant grace and love!  I love the timeless hymn "Amazing Grace," especially the verse:

Through many dangers, toils and snares
We have already come.
T'was grace that brought us safe thus far
And grace will lead us home,

There are so many words in Hebrew for "slowly" or "patience."  There is even a motion you make with putting your two fingers together (of which I have included a picture) which means "wait a minute."  It can be in a gesture of irritation to tell someone to wait or a gesture of gentleness to tell someone, "just a moment."  Things just take a lot longer here.  I have written about it before in other newsletters.  We can look at delays from a natural viewpoint and blame man, or we can look at them from God’s perspective and recognize that he has a timeline.  His timing is perfect.  Dan and I have been waiting, along with many through the ages, for certain things to come together in Israel with regards to unity, holiness and the functioning of rightly operating five-fold ministry and an outpouring of the Holy Spirit with signs and wonders.  And, of course, the ultimate return of the Lord.  When I think of how long our ancestors waited for the first coming of the Messiah and how Simeon and Anna were faithfully waiting in the Temple … who are we to complain? But, the good news is that we are moving forward!  Every time we pray and worship together, every time we meet with leaders and are strengthened through our fellowship, and every time we walk out our obedience in love, we hasten the day of his return.  What were Simeon and Anna doing before Yeshua was born and brought up to Jerusalem by his parents?  They continued their daily service in the Temple, being faithful, just as many of you are doing right now.  And then, after waiting so long, they were so amazed to be finally holding the anticipated promise.
We so love and appreciate your love and faithfulness in serving us where you are by continuing to pray for us, to give financial support, and to stand with us for the restoration of all things.  We will all attain to the fullness of the Messiah as we each do our part.  May this next month be filled with blessings and great fruitfulness
